Apprenticeship at ARCUS

Emanuel and Josip can call themselves trainees since September last year. To be more precise, the first ARCUS trainees in a long time.

Although both originally had a different plan regarding their apprenticeship, they feel comfortable and have fun at work. Together with trainer Markus Danner, they are learning every day and gaining their first experience as machining mechanics at ARCUS.

In order to best prepare the trainees for the working world, a training workshop was set up last year before their arrival. This contains various machines from top manufacturers such as GDW, FPS and Hoffmann. Philipp Lutzny, head of mechanical production, agrees that this investment has paid off.

Markus Danner and Philipp Lutzny also agree on the fact that training must continue: "It's great that ARCUS trains and we are looking forward to many new applicants this year as well.
