1. Collection of General Information

When you access our website, you transmit data to our provider through your internet browser. The following data are recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your internet browser and our provider:

  • Date and time of your call-up
  • Name of the called-up file
  • Sub-page from which the file was called up
  • Access status (file transmitted, file not found, etc.)

4. Use of Google Web Fonts

Our website uses so-called Web Fonts for uniform imaging of fonts, provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“).

Google Web Fonts enable us to use external fonts, so-called Google Fonts.
When our website is accessed, the required Google Font will be downloaded from your web browser to your browser cache, in order to show texts and fonts correctly.
This is necessary for your browser to show  a visually improved depiction of the texts.
In case your web browser will not support this function, a standard font from your computer will be used for imaging.

Google Fonts is integrated by a server access, usually a server of Google in the USA. Hereby information is transmitted to the server, which subpage of our website you have visited.
Also the IP-address of the browser of the visitor’s terminal will be stored by Google.

We use Google Web Fonts for the purpose of optimisation, in particular to optimise use of our website and to design it more user-friendly.

5. Use of Google reCAPTCHA

Our website uses “Google reCAPTCHA” (in the following called “reCAPTCHA”). Service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

ReCAPTCHA is to examine whether data input on our websites (in our contact forms or product enquiries) is made by a human or a bot. For this purpose reCAPTCHA analyses the activity of the visitor on our website, using a number of characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates information (e.g. IP-adress, duration of the visit on our website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data registered during analysis are forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses are running completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed about an analysis taking place.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a justified interest in protection of its web offers against incorrect automated disclosure and SPAM.

6. Use of Google Maps

Our website uses the map service Google Maps,  which allows the display of interactive maps and the use of the map feature directly on our website. The Google Maps service uses persistent cookies. When visiting the page on our website that uses Google Maps, Google will receive a notification that you have accessed the page. In addition, the information listed under Section III. 1 will be transmitted to Google. This takes place regardless of whether you are logged in to a Google user account. 7. YouTube

Our website includes external links to the online service YouTube.

The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, UNITED STATES. The YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, UNITED STATES.

If the data subject is logged in on YouTube, YouTube recognizes with each call-up to a sub-page that contains a YouTube video, which specific sub-page of our Internet site was visited by the data subject. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject.

YouTube and Google will receive information through the YouTube component that the data subject has visited our website, if the data subject at the time of the call to our website is logged in on YouTube; this occurs regardless of whether the person clicks on a YouTube video or not. Our website includes external links to the online service Instagram.

This way, Instagram can link the visit to our website to your user account.

9. E-Mail and Contact Form

Information you send to us via e-mail or via our contact form is transferred to us through our provider by e-mail and deleted immediately after reply, as far as there are no legal obligations to retain data.

Unencrypted information you send to us by e-mail may possibly be legible by a third party during transmission. Usually we are not able to examine your identity and do not know who is behind an e-mail address. For this reason a legally secure communication by e-mail is not guaranteed.

We use filters against unwanted advertising  (“SPAM-filter“) which in rare cases automatically, by error, also classify and delete regular e-mails as unwanted advertising. E-mails containing damaging programmes (“virusses“) are also automatically deleted by us.

In order to be able to offer you a wide range of information, we have included links to other websites. As soon as you click such a link, we no longer have any influence on the collection, storage, or processing of possibly personal data transmitted by clicking the link (such as the IP address or URL of the page that contains the link), as the behaviour of third parties is beyond our control. Therefore, we are not responsible for the processing of personal data by third parties.

11. SSL Encryption

Our website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as a site operator, through our contact form. An encrypted connection is indicated when the browser's address line changes from "http: //" to "https: //" and by the lock icon in your browser line.

When the SSL encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us are not possible to be read by third parties.
